Juliana is a brazilian multidisciplinary artist whose practice unfolds through material exploration, design thinking, and systems of experience, informed by her parallel work in UX Design for BMW.

   Working across assemblage, drawing, sculpture, and constructed surfaces, she approaches making as a process of transformation. Layering, fragmentation, and reconfiguration become methods for investigating how form, structure, and material relationships generate meaning.

   Rather than being defined by a fixed visual language, her practice evolves through acts of making. Each work emerges through
a negotiation between intuition and structure, where materials, gestures, and compositions become carriers of narrative, memory, time, and emotional residue.

   Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Juliana's perspective
is shaped by experiences of cultural crossings, hybridity, and coexistence. These themes subtly inform her interest in how identities, systems, and collective experiences are continuously constructed and transformed.

   At the core of her practice is an exploration of meaning as something that does not reside within material itself, but emerges through processes of transformation, repetition, and reconfiguration. Whether working with paper, wood, found materials, or digital systems, she investigates the tension between fragmentation and connection, individual experience and ||collective structures.

  Her work exists in an ongoing dialogue between manual and digital thinking, personal memory and shared experience, positioning transformation as both method and subject.​

Juliana é uma artista multidisciplinar brasileira cuja prática se desenvolve por meio da exploração material, do pensamento processual e de sistemas de experiência, em diálogo com sua atuação paralela como UX Designer para a BMW.

   Transitando entre assemblage, desenho, escultura e superfícies construídas, ela aborda o fazer artístico como um processo de transformação. Sobreposição, fragmentação e reconfiguração tornam-se métodos para investigar como forma, estrutura e relações materiais produzem significado.

   Em vez de ser definida por uma linguagem visual fixa, sua prática evolui através do próprio ato de fazer. Cada obra emerge de uma negociação entre intuição e estrutura, na qual materiais, gestos
e composições se tornam portadores de narrativa, memória, tempo
e resquícios emocionais.

   Nascida e criada no Rio de Janeiro, a perspectiva de Juliana
é atravessada por experiências de cruzamentos culturais, hibridismo
e convivência. Esses temas informam seu interesse por compreender como identidades, sistemas e experiências coletivas são continuamente construídos e transformados.

   No centro de sua prática está a investigação do significado não como algo inerente à matéria, mas como algo que emerge por meio de processos de transformação, repetição e reconfiguração. Seja trabalhando com papel, madeira, materiais encontrados ou sistemas digitais, ela explora as tensões entre fragmentação e conexão, experiência individual e estruturas coletivas.

Seu trabalho existe em um diálogo contínuo entre pensamento manual
e digital, memória pessoal e experiência compartilhada, posicionando
a transformação simultaneamente como método e tema de investigação.
